How many rooms does Embassy Grand have and how many people can you accommodate?

Embassy Grand Convention Centre has 5 rooms that can accommodate small receptions of 100 people and large gatherings up to 2,000 people.

How soon should I book my event date?

Prime dates for events to be held are usually on weekends, so the sooner you book your event, the more likely that you will secure the date you desire. A year or more in advance is not unusual for weddings, but also for events that take place annually, like galas and corporate parties.

Do you have your own caterer?

Yes, our in house executive chef and cook staff is able to customize a menu that will satisfy you and all of your guests.

Do you allow outside catering?

We have preferred caters that can provide traditional ethnic cuisine.

Do you have a kosher kitchen?

No. However you can contact our kosher caterer and they will be able to assist you with a traditional kosher event.

Do you have an on-site location to take outdoor photos?

Yes, we have picturesque landscaping courtyard and water feature perfect for outdoor photos.

Do you have any audio/visual equipment on site?

Yes we have a fully installed sound, lighting and audio/visual set-up on site provided by our in house company BB Blanc. This equipment is “built in” and less intrusive than most set-ups. Please note that when using an alternative DJ provider there is a mandatory hook up fee for our speaker system of $250+hst per room and $500.00+hst for hall 3

Should I make an appointment to view the hall?

 It is best to make an appointment to ensure that you can speak to someone with regards to your event. You are welcome to visit and view our facilities during the allotted times.

Can you accommodate corporate events?

Yes, we are equipped to handle corporate functions with on-site internet access, Power Point presentations and much more.
