Planning

The Embassy grand service does not just consist of waiter and bartenders we have a full team of professionals that will help you along your planning process. Experienced sales reps that will help you select the perfect menu, Event Coordinators that will help you design a floor plan, final details, guest’s special requests, vendor delivery and setup times, and event agenda. Full time receptionist that will help with any questions you may have instantly. Each event is dedicated a room manager that are dedicated to every event to ensure that every detail is executed, and will be able to assist with any last minute requests.

Food

At Embassy Grand we take enormous pride in our food selection, quality, and execution. We know that every event is measured by how good the food is first and then by if they had a good time here as well. We have a long standing reputation of providing the highest quality of food in our industry according to our guests and that is where we plan to stay. We do this by making sure our kitchen is state of the art providing our chefs with any and all of the tools that they require, including the freshest food to cook with. Fresh food paired with the right tools ensures our meals are savory and are served hot. Don’t be too shy to ask for a tour of our kitchen and meets our chefs.

Building Highlights

Our flexible banquet rooms can be configured to suit many guest capacities and there are separate entrances and private lobbies for every event. All bars service the reception areas and banquet rooms. Outdoor courtyard has a gazebo and waterfall perfect for small outdoor ceremonies and photos. Private suites allow grooms, brides, and organizers to change in and leave their valuables in for the duration of the event. All rooms are equipped with acoustical paneling that will ensure the sound quality in the room will be at the highest level. We also have a state of the art audiovisual, sound and lighting entertainment company that is able to provide social and corporate packages.

Location

Location is just minutes away from major highways connecting you with downtown Toronto, Pearson Airport, and surrounding communities. Not to mention a major Hotel brand located right in our parking grounds which will provide great rates to guests of the Embassy Grand Convention Center. Parking is plentifully located right in front of the building and on both sides and it's free.
